Our team is creative, collaborative, and laser-focused on producing exceptional educational content quickly and reliably.

Job Description

This is a full-time role for a creative, detail-driven video editor who wants to grow long-term with a top-tier creative brand. You'll assemble scripted video lessons using our clean production structure while following naming conventions and branding guidelines. ONLY DETAIL-ORIENTED APPLICANTS WHO FOLLOW THE 7 AP RULE WILL BE CONSIDERED.

Required Technical Skills & Experience

* 1+ year in professional video editing using **Premiere Pro**
* Fast, stable **fiber internet (min 25 Mbps; 50+ preferred)** with speedtest screenshot
* Shorts repurposing experience


Soft Skills

* Follows instructions and naming conventions precisely
* Strong attention to detail
* Can work quickly without sacrificing quality
* Fast learner and proactive communicator

Basic Tools

* Adobe Premiere Pro (required)
* Google Docs, Sheets, and Drive
* Slack (for team comms)
* Loom (for feedback)

Daily Responsibilities

* Edit and assemble videos based on SOP
* Communicate blockers via Slack or Loom
* Submit a short daily update at end of shift

Work Schedule & Holidays

* Full-time: 40 hours/week
* Flexible hours with 2 hours overlap during LA business time
* 3 vacation + 3 sick leaves after 6 months
* We observe most Filipino holidays (except All Saints & All Souls Day)

Salary & Perks

* $500–$700 USD/month depending on experience
