Real Estate Underwriting / Comping VA

Job Description:

We're hiring a part-time virtual assistant to underwrite and comp wholesale real estate deals across all 50 U.S. states. You’ll be analyzing 20+ properties per day, determining ARV, estimating repair costs, and calculating offer prices using our formulas and tools.

Your Role:

Run comps using tools like Zillow, Redfin, or Propstream

Analyze repair needs based on photos/descriptions

Determine After Repair Value (ARV)

Estimate rehab costs using our guidelines

Calculate Maximum Allowable Offer (MAO)

Submit your comp sheet within 1–2 hours of each assignment

Requirements:

Experience comping and underwriting U.S. properties

Must understand ARV, repair estimates, MAO, etc.

Fast and accurate — can handle 20+ properties/day

Fluent English, written and spoken

Reliable, detail-oriented, and efficient

Able to work U.S. business hours (or overlap 4+ hours)
