Job Overview:
We are seeking a tech-savvy Web Content Coordinator to support our e-commerce operations, focusing on Shopify data entry, product listings, content updates, blog posts, integrations, and automation. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for detail, understands HTML and basic coding, and knows how to leverage AI tools and automation to improve efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Shopify Data Entry & Product Management
Add, update, and optimize product listings, descriptions, and pricing.
Upload and organize product images and videos following brand guidelines.
Ensure accuracy in product details, SKUs, and inventory tracking.
Utilize AI tools for bulk updates, content generation, and efficiency improvements.
Content Creation & Blog Management
Write and publish engaging, SEO-optimized blog posts using AI-assisted tools.
Update website content, including landing pages and category descriptions.
Format content for readability and user engagement, ensuring mobile responsiveness.
Listings, Integrations & Automation
Maintain and update listings across Shopify, eBay, Amazon, and other platforms.
Implement and manage third-party app integrations for better automation.
Use AI and scripting to automate repetitive tasks and improve workflows.
Troubleshoot and optimize product feeds, automation tools, and inventory syncing.
Marketing, SEO & Efficiency Improvements
Optimize product descriptions, meta tags, and URLs for search engines.
Assist in managing promotions, discount codes, and email campaigns.
Track performance metrics, identify inefficiencies, and suggest automation solutions.
Utilize AI-powered analytics tools to improve decision-making.
General Website Maintenance & Technical Support
Perform routine audits to ensure accurate and up-to-date content.
Work with developers to implement content updates using HTML and basic coding skills.
Identify areas for process automation and workflow optimization to improve efficiency.
Monitor for errors like broken links, missing images, and outdated information.
Qualifications & Skills:
Experience with Shopify (or similar e-commerce platforms) is required.
Strong understanding of AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, automation scripts, etc.).
Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for content editing and troubleshooting.
Experience with automation tools like Zapier, Make (Integromat), or Python scripting.
Ability to streamline processes and automate repetitive tasks.
Strong attention to detail and ability to handle large amounts of data.
Proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel, Canva, CMS platforms, and SEO tools.
Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
Preferred Experience:
Familiarity with Shopify Liquid coding is a plus.
Prior experience with APIs, database management, or e-commerce automation.
Understanding of Python or JavaScript for workflow automation.
