Podcast Video Editor

I am looking for a video Editor who is proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro (and also already has access to something like Envato Elements) plus has experience with editing multi-camera angles (only if needed), great storytelling ability via timing and proper use and selection of visually beautiful graphics and b-roll footage to help communicate the storyline visually. I am also open to someone who is profiecient in utilizing other AI tools for editing as well (as long as the end result is the same quality or better!), as I would ideally like to start off with (x2) Video Podcasts per month (typically around 45-Minutes each) and then upgrade from there to also possibly including some "promo teaser trailers" and social media clips and content as well down the road, as long as we are a good team working together! ;) Great COMMUNICATION skills is a Non-Negotiable!! Providing ALL final ASSETS ON-TIME is also a non-negotiable due to our Production and Publishing schedule (outside of true emergemcies of course) so I need someone of high integrity, honesty, creativity, motivation and drive because you/we will be creating content for a very high profile doctor Influencer (with over 700+K Subs on YouTube) plus around Million total on ALL social media platforms combined.
