Duties and Responsibilities:
Posting hiring ads
Reviewing candidates daily
Reaching out to candidates to qualify them by asking qualifying questions
Setting up interviews with dept heads at designated times
Following up with dept heads to see how to proceed with candidates after interviews.
Sending off and collecting requested onboarding documents for new hires to
