I am seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support a new fashion and lifestyle brand. You’ll work closely with me to keep WordPress blogs polished and on schedule, repurpose content for Substack, manage affiliate and guest-post outreach, conduct SEO research, and maintain my content calendar. If you love classic, Parisian-inspired style, travel, and have a knack for organization and copy-editing, you’ll fit right in!

Key Responsibilities
WordPress Blog Management:

- Finish draft posts: editing, formatting, adding internal/external links, image alt-text, meta descriptions
- On-page SEO optimization (headings, keywords, readability)
- Substack Content Repurposing
- Adapt blog posts into Substack Notes: concise summaries, calls to action, email subject lines
- Ensure all links and images carry over correctly

Style & Travel Guide Support

-Populate pre-designed templates with copy for style and travel guides
-Add hyperlinks, verify information, and format lists

SEO Research & Evergreen Content Planning
-Use free tools (Ubersuggest, Google “People Also Ask”) to identify high-value evergreen topics
-Deliver 3–5 post title ideas per week with keyword metrics (search volume, difficulty)

Content Calendar Maintenance
-Update and organize calendar for blog posts, Pinterest pins, Substack emails
-Align content with seasonal themes (capsule wardrobes, Parisian staples, sale round-ups)

Blog Writing (RankIQ a Plus):

-Draft short-form posts or outlines in RankIQ when needed
-Collaborate on keyword targeting and content briefs

Outreach for Guest Posts & Collaborations
-Research 3–5 relevant blogs/newsletters aligned with our niche each week
-Personalize and send 1–2 outreach emails weekly using provided templates
-Track responses and follow-ups in a shared spreadsheet

Weekly Sales Round-Up **Willing to train on this
-Identify top fashion, home, and beauty sales
-Prioritize audience-favorite brands, insert affiliate links
-Format as a blog post draft or Substack preview

Affiliate Program Expansion ** Willing to train on this
-Research and apply to 1–2 new affiliate programs
-Scout collaboration platforms (LTK, AspireIQ) for potential brand partnerships
-Maintain a tracker of pending and approved partnerships

Desired Skills & Qualifications
-Previous VA or content-editor experience, ideally in fashion/lifestyle
-Strong command of WordPress and Substack
-Familiarity with on-page SEO best practices and keyword-research tools
-Excellent written English, with keen attention to detail
-Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet weekly deadlines
-Experience with RankIQ and affiliate marketing platforms is a plus
