Instagram & Facebook VA

Role Overview:
We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, and responsible Instagram Outreach Virtual Assistant to help increase our active conversations. Your main role will be to spark meaningful conversations with our ideal audience - women aged 40+ - through outbound messaging, follow-ups, and lead nurturing using our proven scripts and workflows.

This position is critical to expanding our impact and helping more women take the first step toward transforming their health. You’ll start with a total of 24 hours per week, with the opportunity to grow into 36–42 hours per week as you demonstrate consistency, results, and skill.

All work is done via Instagram (to start), with expansion into Facebook once you're fully confident and proven in your role. We communicate through Slack, and use Hubstaff for screen monitoring - not to micromanage, but so we can support and coach you along the way.
