About the Role
The Enspire Program Immersive Content Studio is seeking a Project Manager with 5+ years of experience to lead high-impact sustainability and innovation projects. Our team is dedicated to reshaping how building performance and energy efficiency are delivered across Canada through educational content, training, and collaborative delivery models.
This is a full-time, fully remote position operating Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM EST.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage the full project lifecycle: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout
• Track project milestones, schedules, budgets, and risks; apply contingency plans as needed
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineers, designers, subject matter experts, and clients
• Prepare and maintain clear project documentation and status reports for internal and external stakeholders
• Ensure deliverables meet agreed scope, quality, and deadline expectations
• Conduct research related to funding opportunities, industry best practices, and program requirements
• Identify and apply for grants or funding streams aligned with project goals and organizational priorities
• Collaborate with partners to compile supporting documentation and ensure compliance with grant requirements
• Monitor reporting obligations for funded projects and support timely submissions
Required Qualifications
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in technical or construction-related fields
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong proficiency with project management software (e.g., MS Project, ClickUp, Asana, or similar)
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, competing priorities, and tight deadlines
• PMP certification or equivalent is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field
• Experience in sustainability or energy efficiency programs is a strong asset
