JOB OVERVIEW

About Us:
Lynch Power is a commercial and industrial electrical contractor based in New Jersey. We’re a fast-growing, no-nonsense team focused on quality work and strong communication. We’re looking for a remote Project Manager to help manage active jobs and work closely with our U.S.-based PMs to keep things moving.

Who You Are:

You’ve got at least 2 years of construction project management experience (electrical or MEP is a plus)

You’re detail-oriented, organized, and don’t need to be micromanaged

You communicate clearly in English—both written and spoken

You’re comfortable with Google Workspace and can learn Knowify quickly

You collaborate well across time zones and keep others in the loop

What You’ll Do:

Manage multiple projects from start to finish

Track and follow up on submittals and approvals

Build and update basic project schedules

Prepare change orders and AIA-style pay applications (G702/G703) in Knowify

Organize and maintain project documentation in Google Drive

Coordinate closely with our U.S.-based Project Managers and field teams

Provide consistent project updates and escalate issues when needed

Nice-to-Haves:

Experience with U.S. construction or electrical contracting

Ability to read and interpret construction drawings/specs

Familiarity with AIA billing documents

Estimating or preconstruction experience

Access to CAD software for updating as-built drawings

Perks:

Stable, long-term remote role

Competitive monthly pay

Real projects and responsibilities—no fluff

Support from an experienced, down-to-earth team

To Apply:

Send your resume and a short intro

Include the word “Grounded” somewhere in your message

(Optional) Share examples of schedules, submittals, or pay apps you’ve created

We’re looking for someone who can take ownership, work well with our U.S. team, and keep projects on track. If that’s you, let’s talk.
