JOB OVERVIEW

About the Role
We're looking for a multi-talented Graphic Designer who thrives in fast-paced, high-impact environments. This is not just about making things look good — it's about creating assets that convert, designs that align with strategy, and visual systems that scale.

You’ll collaborate closely with our creative, marketing, and development teams to own the full visual experience — from brand identity to website mockups to high-performing landing pages. If you're just a Canva wizard or a UI specialist, this role isn’t for you. We need a strategic designer who can do it all.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Branding & Visual Identity
Create and evolve brand identities from concept to execution
Design professional, polished brand guides that ensure consistency across touchpoints
Develop creative assets including logos, typography systems, icon sets, and color palettes

Web & Digital Design:
Design high-impact website mockups (desktop + mobile) that are both beautiful and conversion-focused
Build landing pages in platforms like Webflow, WordPress, or HubSpot (depending on client stack)
Create wireframes, style tiles, and design systems for internal and client-facing use

Graphic & Marketing Design:
Create social media assets, ad creatives, email graphics, and presentation decks
Translate complex messaging into compelling visuals that align with strategy and voice
Support video, motion, and other creative assets where needed

What We’re Looking For:
3+ years of graphic or digital design experience
Strong portfolio showcasing web mockups, brand systems, and marketing collateral
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva (for collaboration), and one landing page builder
Solid understanding of UX/UI principles
Experience collaborating cross-functionally with marketers, copywriters, and developers
Bonus: Webflow, WordPress, or HubSpot design/build experience
