What You’ll Do:
Architect and automate: Own our marketing and client automation stack (HubSpot, N8N, ---------- , Airtable, APIs, JSON, etc.), designing and implementing systems that accelerate business, not just awareness campaigns.

Advance internal tools: Develop and improve on proprietary frameworks and AI-driven solutions that expand our advisory impact and futureproof our client relationships.

Drive outcomes: Track, analyze, and refine systems for performance, always seeking structural improvements and leverage…never just busywork.

Steward client data: Manage SEO, Linkedin, CRM, segmentation, and email marketing with discipline, discretion, and a drive to make every touchpoint count.

Think ahead: Spot opportunities to evolve, systematize, and optimize. Be the one who brings the “next right move” before being asked.
Optional skills: Run end-to-end LinkedIn marketing and engagement (organic, outreach, automation, reporting) that creates meaningful relationships and pipeline, not just vanity metrics.


Who You Are:
You operate with the discernment and discipline of an advisor, not a freelancer.

You have deep experience with HubSpot, LinkedIn marketing, and automation platforms like ---------- , N8N, Airtable, and LLMs (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.).

You’re passionate about staying ahead of the AI curve. Therefore, constantly learning, testing, and building new capabilities.
