VA with photoshop skills

Online craft supplies business looking for a VA to assist with day-to-day online tasks.
Essential skills:
* Fluent in English
* Photoshop - graphic work and photo editing
* Excellent customer service skills

Desirable skills:
* Zendesk
* Shopify
* Etsy

You will be required to perform the following tasks, and any others required:
* edit photos in photoshop for the website and social media
* create custom graphics for to create decals for customers
* perform daily analysis of inventory stock levels and send report to the workshop
* perform a weekly stock analysis to create purchase orders
* respond to customer queries on social media
* respond to customer queries in zendesk and email
* review slow sellers on Shopify and move these to our Etsy store
* research new products
* create copy for the website
* create invoices for customers
