Appointment Setter/CSR

We are a bath remodeling company based in Georgia, USA. We help homeowners upgrade and transform their bathrooms into more modern, comfortable spaces. Our target market is within Georgia.

Job Description:

Call previous leads already in our CRM (HighLevel) to book them for a free in-home design consultation

Answer incoming calls and texts quickly and professionally

Update notes in the CRM for accurate tracking and future follow-ups

Provide excellent customer service and build trust with potential clients

Requirements:

Previous experience in appointment setting or CSR roles is required

Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written)

Fast and reliable in answering calls and texts

Comfortable using CRM system and updating notes accurately

Proactive attitude and ability to work independently

Details:

Training included

No daily quota for appointments, but we expect active outreach and efficient use of time

Rate: $4/hour

Must be available during Georgia business hours
