Key Responsibilities:
Create and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports using Excel and Google Sheets
Build dynamic dashboards, pivot tables, charts, slicers, and lookup tables
Maintain data integrity across multiple reports and reconcile inconsistencies
Import/export data from sources like CSVs, Google Sheets, JotForm, CRMs, or EMRs
Clean, organize, and validate large datasets
Work with team leads to understand reporting needs and implement clear solutions
Assist in preparing board-level summaries, performance tracking, and productivity reports
Ideal Candidate Has:
Advanced Excel skills: pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, conditional formatting, filters, array formulas, Power Query, etc.
Strong Google Sheets experience
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to clean and organize raw data
Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
Comfortable handling healthcare, scheduling, or operational data
Bonus: experience with tools like Looker Studio, Airtable, or database queries (not required)
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
