Full-Time Virtual Assistant (Experienced in U.S. TikTok Shop and Team Management)

I’m hiring a full-time virtual assistant to help run and scale my growing e-commerce business.

You must have direct experience with U.S. TikTok Shop operations and some experience managing or coordinating people, whether support agents, editors, freelancers, or creators. This role requires independence, critical thinking, and the ability to learn fast and execute without constant oversight.

Requirements:
U.S. TikTok Shop experience (uploading, support, logistics, or backend tasks)

Strong spoken and written English

Experience managing or coordinating small teams

Reliable computer, fast Wi-Fi, and webcam for Zoom

Available full-time (40 to 50+ hours per week)

Compensation:
$700 to $900 per month based on experience

Paid trial: first 2 weeks at 50% rate
