45 min Check GA4 / Looker dashboard for CPL spikes - verify UTM & gclid flow via GTM ? update Unbounce or Growform variant copy / CTAs GA4, GTM, Looker, Unbounce, Growform
30 min Light on-page SEO edits (titles, meta, internal links) or schedule 1–2 short social posts based on campaign wins WordPress/Webflow, Search Console, Canva
Weekly (15 min) Join sync call; suggest next tests & quick wins Slack, Zoom
Must-Have Skills
Hands-on Google Ads & negative-keyword management (1 yr+)
Solid UTM tagging + gclid ? GA4 tracking experience
Basic Unbounce (or similar) landing-page edits & A/B test setup
Fundamental on-page SEO (meta tags, Search Console)
Clear written English for concise reporting and social captions
Self-starter: can spot issues and propose fixes without micro-management
Nice-to-Haves
Familiarity with Growform forms
Canva / basic graphic design
Real-estate lead-gen background
