JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive **Virtual Assistant** to support backend operations for multiple growing businesses (consulting, real estate, nonprofit). This is a long-term role with training provided, systems already in place, and room for growth.

### ???? Core Responsibilities:
- Maintain organized OneDrive folders and structured file naming
- Update Excel activity logs, master trackers, and SOP templates
- Manage Notion/OneNote task boards and digital workflows
- Assist with automation flows using Microsoft Power Automate
- Conduct light research, data entry, and status updates
- Mirror updates across business systems (3 entities)
- Communicate clearly with daily task status reporting

### ???? Bonus Skills (Preferred but Not Required):
- Act as a **remote receptionist**: answer inbound calls, make outbound follow-ups, and represent the founder when needed
- Comfortable using **VoIP tools** (e.g., RingCentral or UMA) — training provided
- Able to assist with **social media content creation**: basic graphic tools (Canva or similar), captions, scheduling, or reposting strategies (especially for consulting/real estate)

- Microsoft 365 (OneDrive, Excel, Outlook)
- Notion and/or OneNote
- Power Automate (flows provided)
- Google Workspace
- VoIP (RingCentral or OOMA OFFICE)
- Canva or similar (bonus)

### ???? Qualifications:
- Excellent English writing & communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and task ownership
- Familiar with spreadsheets, folders, checklists, and business systems
- Independent and self-motivated
- Bonus: Previous VA or operations experience

You’ll be working closely with the founder on multiple growing brands. We value trust, consistency, and good systems.
