Compensation & Benefits:
?28,000 Basic Salary + ?1,000 Flex Fund
20% Night Differential
HMO Coverage (Day 1 for employee; dependents upon certification)

• Graduate of any Allied Sciences, Social Sciences, Social Work, Human Services, or related fields (Physical/Respiratory Therapy, Radiologic/Medical Technology, Pharmacy, Psychology, Nutrition & Dietetics, etc.)
• Non-licensed except Nursing courses & undergraduate students

Experience Required:
• 1 year experience in Direct Patient Care (Long-Term Care, Home & Community-Based Services, Hospital/Facility Settings, or Case Management)
• Experience with managed care organizations (Medicare and/or Medicaid) preferred
• OR 1-year BPO member healthcare experience

Associate Graduate / College Graduate (Any course)

Experience Required:

• 2 years’ experience in Direct Patient Care (Long-Term Care, Home & Community-Based Services, Hospital/Facility Settings, or Case Management)
• Experience with managed care organizations (Medicare and/or Medicaid) preferred
• OR 2-year BPO member healthcare experience

• Catering to Providers and/or Pediatrics only
• Interactions via email/chat only
• Any tasks not directly involving patient communication
