Graphic Design Team Lead – Full-Time, Remote, PH Based

Location: Remote – PH-Based Only
Schedule: 2PM–10PM PH Time | Sunday to Friday
IQ Test Required (105+ to qualify)
Start Date: ASAP | Long-Term Role

What We’re Looking For:
- 35 years old or younger
- Strong design skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, etc)
- Organized, confident, and great with deadlines
- Leadership potential — even if you’ve never had the title
- Comfortable using ClickUp or similar organizing tools

What You’ll Do
- Lead and support a 15+ person design team
- Review briefs, assign tasks, track progress
- Jump in on design work when needed
- Collaborate with creative directors and executives

This Role Isn’t for You If:
- You need constant guidance
- You avoid pressure or fast turnarounds
- You’re not looking to grow or lead

Requirements
- IQ score of 105 or above (we’ll provide the test)
- Strong English communication
- Strong PC, Reliable internet and quiet workspace
- Solid design portfolio
