The Projects are mostly mixed-use and residential developments that focus on innovation and sustainability. and functional design solutions.
About the Role
The Engineer will work as a key project tea ---------- mber, supporting design development and documentation. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, capable of working autonomously while collaborating with a highly skilled and creative team. A strong understanding of Canadian standards, compliance requirements, and construction methodologies is essential.
Responsibilities
• Prepare detailed architectural drawings, plans, sections, and elevations using Revit.
• Develop comprehensive construction documentation packages, including schedules and specifications.
• Ensure all documentation complies with Canadian building codes, regulations, and design standards.
• Assist in coordinating design requirements and specifications.
• Support the integration of architectural, structural, mechanical, and plumbing requirements into electrical designs.
• Provide technical support during project meetings and assist in resolving design challenges.
• Conduct regular checks to ensure the accuracy, clarity, and completeness of documentation.
• Maintain high standards for design and documentation consistency.
• Participate in virtual project meetings as required.
• Contribute to the development of innovative and functional design solutions.
Qualifications & Skills
• Diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Full Electrical Engineer licensure.
• Minimum of 5 years of EE experience, with a strong portfolio of commercial and residential projects.
• Experience supporting projects from schematic design to construction package.
• Proficiency in Revit is a must.
• Strong understanding of BIM processes and tools is a must.
• Expert knowledge of Canadian building codes, standards, and construction methodologies.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.


Job Type: Full-time (5 days per week)/Part Time (20hrs a week)

Location: Work from Home (WFH)

Work Schedule: Full time: 4PM - 12MN (PH Time) | Part Time: 6pm-10pm (PH Time)
