We’re building a digital-first brand and seeking the most talented, creative, and driven digital marketing specialist in the Philippines to help us grow our online presence and build the personal brand of our Executive Director, Kundan Bhaduri, across platform after platform.

???? Who We’re Looking For:
We’re hiring a multitalented digital strategist who will manage all digital initiatives for both The Kushman Group and Kundan Bhaduri’s personal brand. You'll manage social channels, design content, support digital infrastructure, and amplify our fast-growing media presence.

You must be extremely strong in:

???? Website Development & WordPress Management
???? Graphic Design (branding, logos, banners, posters for online & offline marketing materials)
?? Video Editing (short-form content like TikTok, Reels, Shorts)
?? Content Writing & SEO Blogging
???? Running and scaling social media campaigns and FB Marketplace ads for our Property Managers in Philippines

???? Your Key Responsibilities
Design & execute creative content across TikTok, Instagram, Reels, Facebook, and YouTube
Manage and grow our corporate brand and executive presence across LinkedIn and other channels
Redesign and manage our WordPress website, blog, and core landing pages
Run creative property ads on Facebook Marketplace
Repurpose news articles, interviews, and opinion pieces for use as blogs, posts, and video scripts
Create weekly graphics: posters, banners, ads, flyers, brochures
Develop email campaigns and run A/B split tests
Track KPIs, monitor analytics, and optimize for conversion metrics
Collaborate daily with both UK and PH-based teams
Work independently to propose content initiatives and execute without excessive supervision

?? Must-Have Skills
Expert skills in WordPress development and site design - you will be a web design prodigy!
Strong knowledge of Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
Experience with video creation and short-form editing tools (CapCut, InShot, etc.)
Comfortable writing blogs, marketing copy, SEO-friendly content
Familiar with Facebook Ads Manager, FB Marketplace, and basic performance tracking
Excellent written and spoken English with strong attention to detail
Passion for brand storytelling and digital creativity
Experience working with UK or international clients is a huge plus
