YouTube & Social Media Assistant/Expert

Do you want to help build an international YouTube channel from scratch – and inspire thousands of women 35+ to move more at home?

We’re looking for a skilled and self-driven YouTube & Social Media Assistant for our new English-language fitness channel *Sasja Laumann*. The channel is focused on women 35+ and offers short, quiet Tabata workouts without voiceover – produced in our high-quality film studio in Denmark.

Goal:
Build a strong and inspiring channel with at least 10,000 subscribers within 9 months, and generate income through ads, affiliate links, and sponsorships. All videos will be published in 8 languages (with English as the primary).

Responsibilities:
• Write titles, descriptions, and tags (English)
• Optimize YouTube SEO and A/B test thumbnails and titles
• Research keywords and competitors
• Upload and publish YouTube Shorts and Instagram Reels
• Organize production calendar (Trello or ClickUp)
• Support community management (comments, emails)
• Coordinate AI-supported translations to 7 other languages

Ideal Candidate:
• Strong experience with YouTube channels and social media
• Writes clearly and knows how to reach a female 35+ audience
• Understands SEO and how to grow organically
• Works independently and is self-motivated
• Feels confident using AI tools like ChatGPT or DeepL
• Has worked with multilingual YouTube channels

Practical Info:
• 20+ hours/week
• Long-term collaboration preferred
