Part-time Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a reliable and self-motivated customer service representative to manage email inquiries for multiple online stores.

The work is primarily responding to emails
• Approx. 4 hours per day to start, with possibility to increase hours soon upon agreement.
• Duties: answering emails, providing order updates, handling return instructions, and tracking common customer issues.
• Experience with Shopify, Gmail and using translation tools is a plus. Handeling disputes is also a plus.
