Kajabi Tech & Marketing Assistant

I’m looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help set up Kajabi landing and thank you pages, integrate courses and offers, and support email automation workflows. You’ll also help with basic admin, file uploads, and occasional design tasks.

This role starts with a paid trial project (~5 hours) and may lead to ongoing part-time work (5–6 hours/week) with room to grow.

Key Responsibilities:
Create visually appealing landing pages and thank you pages in Kajabi

Integrate Kajabi pages, products, offers, and email automations

Upload files and organise content in Kajabi

Support occasional Canva or design-related tasks

Required Skills:
Proficiency in Kajabi (or tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools)

Strong attention to detail

Experience with Canva or other design tools

Clear written and spoken English

Ability to follow branding and instructions while using initiative when needed

Hours & Timeline:
Trial Project:
~5 hours
Start: Tuesday 15th July
Deadline: Thursday 17th July

Ongoing Work:
5–6 hours per week
Flexible schedule with deadlines

Salary:
$6–8 USD/hour, depending on skill level and speed of delivery
(Paid weekly via Wise or PayPal)
