Full-Time Virtual Assistant – Social Media, Affiliate Marketing & Lead Generation (Remote)

I’m looking for a reliable, proactive, and tech-savvy Virtual Assistant based overseas (preferably the Philippines) to support me in multiple growing businesses. This is a long-term position with room to grow, performance bonuses, and consistent daily work.

Duties & Responsibilities:

???? 1. Designer Handbag Business (Instagram + Pinterest)
   •   Post engaging, on-brand content daily on Instagram ----------
   •   Create and manage Pinterest boards featuring my affiliate links (e.g. Fashionphile, Neiman Marcus)
   •   Use SEO strategies to drive traffic from Pinterest to Instagram and affiliate product pages
   •   Write compelling product captions, keyword-rich descriptions, and pin titles
   •   Track performance, conversions, and recommend improvements for engagement and sales

???? 2. Facebook Lead Generation & Community Engagement
   •   Post promotional links and graphics in targeted Facebook groups
   •   Scout for new client leads across fashion, legal help, and small business communities
   •   Respond to DMs and comments in proper tone and grammar
   •   Share and promote content with proper call-to-actions to drive traffic to websites and landing pages

?? 3. Legal Case Review Business
   •   Find forums and support groups related to incarceration and legal help
   •   Engage with family members of incarcerated individuals and guide them to my services
   •   Respond to common legal service questions with accurate, empathetic, and helpful answers
   •   Maintain organized lead tracking spreadsheets and contact follow-up records

???? 4. Admin Support & E-Commerce Tasks
   •   Assist with setting up and updating online stores (Shopify, Etsy, etc.)
   •   Perform data entry and basic product upload tasks
   •   Help organize links, files, and research tasks related to business expansion

Requirements:
   •   Excellent written English; must be a savvy writer
   •   OK to use ChatGPT or AI tools as long as the final output is clean and professional
   •   Must be able to write Instagram captions, Pinterest pin descriptions, and Facebook replies
   •   Experience with Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook, and Google Docs/Sheets
   •   Familiar with affiliate marketing, SEO basics, and content creation
   •   Independent, detail-oriented, and fast to follow instructions
   •   Preferably available during US Eastern hours (at least 4–6 hours of overlap)
