Job Description:
We’re a woman-owned turf and ivy installation company expanding into the Chicago market. We’re looking for a project-based virtual assistant to set up our Wix website, organize our business email, and help launch our online presence professionally and efficiently.

? Responsibilities:
Set up a Wix website for our new location (6–7 pages)

Add provided content, service info, and photo galleries

Ensure all pages are mobile-friendly and visually clean

Connect our custom domain (via Wix)

Set up our Google Workspace email accounts

Add SEO basics: titles, meta descriptions, alt tags, service keywords

Create a contact/quote request form that routes to our email

Submit and configure Google Business Profile for Chicago

(Optional) Assist with simple Canva graphics or flyers

???? Requirements:
Proven experience building Wix websites

Basic knowledge of SEO and Google tools

Experience setting up Google Workspace (Gmail + Drive)

Organized, detail-oriented, and responsive communicator

Ability to follow direction, meet deadlines, and take initiative

? Timeline:
This project should be completed within 10–14 days, with a midpoint check-in and final revisions before delivery.

Project-Based: $175–$225 USD
