About the Role:
We're seeking a sharp, detail-oriented Virtual Personal Assistant who can do more than just manage a calendar. This dynamic role blends executive support, team coordination, and digital content management with research tasks tied to real estate and marketing.

You’ll work closely with a busy entrepreneur/influencer across multiple ventures—from managing editors and project timelines to helping post content, draft newsletters, and pull relevant market data. If you're organized, proactive, and thrive wearing multiple hats, this is the role for you.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and communicate with video editors and content creators to ensure timely delivery and execution

Oversee content calendars, project timelines, and ensure deadlines are met across all platforms

Assist with posting content on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and newsletters

Draft and format email newsletters using platforms like ConvertKit, Flodesk, or Mailchimp

Conduct real estate market research (Austin, TX and beyond) and summarize findings for reports or content

Experience with Canva and creating templates.

Assist with organizing Frame IO storage, Social media projects, and Real Estate related follow up

Provide weekly progress updates and suggestions for workflow improvements

You’re a Great Fit If You:

Have experience as a virtual assistant, executive assistant, or project manager

Have managed remote creative teams (especially editors or designers)

Are familiar with social platforms and know how to post, schedule, and track engagement

Understand the basics of real estate or are comfortable researching housing market trends

Can write clearly and concisely for social media captions, newsletters, and internal comms

Are self-motivated, organized, and thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment

Bonus: Familiarity with Notion, ---------- , Google Drive, Slack, ConvertKit, CapCut, or Adobe tools

Bonus Points For:

Working knowledge of the real estate market (especially in Austin, TX)

A marketing or social media management background
