Amazon VA for supplier outreach and product research

We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive Virtual Assistant to help grow our Amazon Wholesale business. Your primary role will be to research and contact authorized suppliers, distributors, and brands to build wholesale relationships. You’ll also support with product research, email correspondence, account applications, and record-keeping.

This is a long-term opportunity for someone who is excited to grow with the business and contribute meaningfully to its success.

Responsibilities

Research and identify authorized distributors and brands for profitable wholesale products
Reach out to suppliers via email and phone to open wholesale accounts
Complete and submit account applications
Organize and maintain supplier information, catalogs, and price lists in Google Sheets
Conduct basic product research using tools like Keepa, SellerAmp, or Jungle Scout
Track communication and follow-ups with potential suppliers
Help prepare purchase orders and follow up on order status
Assist with other admin and sourcing tasks as needed

Qualifications

3+ years experience as an Amazon VA Wholesale preferred
Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)
Familiarity with Amazon FBA business model
Experience with Keepa, SellerAmp, Google Sheets, Scan Unlimited, Gmail, etc.
Confident in speaking to suppliers and following up professionally
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Highly motivated, coachable, and able to work independently
