Social Media + Growth Virtual Assistant (Video Editing, Outreach & Lead Follow-Up)

We’re looking for a long-term Social Media + Growth Virtual Assistant to support our physical therapy business.

You’ll help with:
• Editing 2 short-form videos weekly with captions, effects, animations, transitions, background music, etc. (we provide footage + captions, videos will be less than a minute long)
• Creating (1) weekly testimonial posts (template provided, scheduling post as well)
• Scheduling 3-4 posts/week to Instagram + Facebook (2 videos, 1 testimonial, 1 other post that I will create with caption)
• Engaging with local businesses + influencers via DM and outreach advertising our offer to them (scripts provided)
• Following up with new leads via text to schedule a discovery call
• Texting reminders/confirmations for new patients who scheduled their discovery call. (we provide templates)
• Asking clients for Google reviews (templates will be provided)
• Tracking weekly ad performance + landing page data (we’ll train you)
• Entering monthly KPIs (template provided, I will provide you all the information you need, you just input into template provided)

REQUIREMENTS:
• Strong written English
• Video editing (CapCut, InShot, or similar)
• Canva experience
• Basic spoken English for lead calls
• Must be proactive, detail-oriented, and coachable

Optional but a plus:
• Familiarity with GoHighLevel CRM
• Experience in wellness/fitness/health industries
