VA for Growing Online Jewelry Co.

I'm excited to invite you to a full-time executive / virtual assistant role in a small growing company.

This job requires you to take on a variety of roles, so someone who is flexible is important.

Company background: I am a small but growing and well-known online jewelry retailer with specializing in pearls. ---------- design jewelry that we sell in our online store, on social media, and in many private Facebook groups.

Daily Responsibilities:
1. Using spreadsheets to add new jewelry descriptions and photos to the online stores (Shopify, Ebay and 1st Dibs -we will add TikTok)
2. Posting individual pieces for sale daily in multiple Facebook groups and Instagram
3. Managing customer inquiries with fast response
4. Organizing media files and jewelry photography so that we can know where to find a photo of an item quickly using Google Drive and Dropbox
6. Entering our purchases of supplies and inventory into our inventory systems
7. Assisting me with various things that might come up... phone calls or emails to suppliers / vendor, paying bills online, doing online research.
8. *** Whatever else may come our way! I'd love someone flexible who is willing to help with whatever task or project arises that helps the business grow and helps me have more time to concentrate on the big picture items.

Requirements:
1. **MUST** be fluent in English with great written skills.
2. Organized and efficient
3. Must be a regular Instagram user. FB and TikTok helpful too. Experience with participating in Facebook private groups is even better.
4. This requires us to work the same hours, so please be willing to work nights PH time.
6. 30-40 hours a week... I'm flexible. Ideally you'd begin at around 8-9 AM CST (11-12 hours behind PH) weekdays.
7. MUST be willing to use Timeproof

Bonus: It would be a helpful bonus if you have experience in these areas, so please mention them in your response because you'll stand out!
