JOB OVERVIEW

I’m looking for a proactive, English-fluent Executive Assistant to help manage day-to-day personal and professional tasks — including scheduling, communications, light research, and keeping my life organized. This role is about reducing overwhelm, staying on top of priorities, and helping me work smarter, not harder.

You’ll support me with phone calls, calendar management, inbox tidying, product or travel research, reminders, and general task coordination.

Responsibilities
* Make and receive calls to book or reschedule appointments
* Manage calendar and schedule reminders to keep things on track
* Help organize and tidy email and documents
* Research and compare products, flights, or services when needed
* Keep track of recurring tasks and personal outreach (e.g., friend or family check-ins)
* Assist with light financial or crypto tracking support

What I’m Looking For
* Confident and comfortable on the phone
* Clear, organized communicator who can handle ambiguity
* Fluent in written and spoken English
* Available to work at least 2 hours/day overlapping with CST hours, ideally 8–10 am CST (8–10 pm Philippine Time)
* Familiar with Notion, Google Suite, Calendars, and basic online tools

Nice to Have
* Experience supporting busy professionals or creatives
* Some familiarity with UX tools (Miro, Lucidspark, Figma) is a plus but not required
