JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a seasoned Media Buyer with deep expertise in managing high-performing campaigns across Pinterest, Snapchat, and Google Ads. The ideal candidate has successfully managed large-scale budgets—from tens of thousands to millions of dollars—with a focus on delivering measurable ROI, driving conversions, and scaling growth across diverse platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns across Pinterest Ads, Snapchat Ads, and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping).

Manage large monthly ad budgets ($50,000 to $1M+) with precision and efficiency.

Analyze and interpret campaign data to identify optimization opportunities and scale successful strategies.

Conduct A/B testing on creatives, copy, targeting, and landing pages.

Build detailed audience segmentation strategies tailored to each platform.

Collaborate with creative, analytics, and CRO teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution.

Stay ahead of platform algorithm changes, ad policies, and new features.

Deliver clear, insightful reporting on campaign performance, spend, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in paid media buying across Pinterest, Snapchat, and Google Ads.

Demonstrated experience handling high-budget campaigns ($50K–$1M+ per month) at scale.

Strong grasp of platform-specific strategies and best practices for direct response and brand campaigns.

Advanced knowledge of Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping), Pinterest Ads Manager, and Snapchat Ads Manager.

Proficient in analyzing performance metrics and using data to inform decisions.

Comfortable managing multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication, time management, and project coordination skills.

Preferred Skills:
Experience in e-commerce, SaaS, or lead generation verticals.

Familiarity with tracking tools, tag managers, and attribution models (GA4, UTM parameters, pixel integrations).

Bonus: Experience in Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok Ads, or Amazon Ads.

Working knowledge of creative testing frameworks, CRO principles, and funnel optimization.
