We are a premium BBQ cleaning and grill refurbishment company serving luxury homes in the Hamptons, New York. We're looking for a Virtual Assistant to act as a Membership Advisor — communicating with customers via text message, scheduling cleanings, answering questions, and helping clients sign up for our membership.

This is a long-term, part-time position with room to grow.

???? Work Schedule:
4 hours/day, 6 days/week (Monday–Saturday)
Must be available between 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST (PH night shift)
Flexible 4-hour window within that time is acceptable if messages are handled quickly
???? Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly and professionally to customer text messages
Confirm or reschedule grill service appointments
Explain pricing and membership benefits
Follow up on unpaid invoices
Log updates in Google Sheets
Report any urgent issues to the business owner
Deliver a premium, respectful customer experience
? What You Need:
Excellent written English and proper texting etiquette
Your own computer/laptop and smartphone
Stable high-speed internet (wired preferred)
Quiet workspace with no background noise
Familiar with Gmail, Google Sheets, and basic online tools
Reliable, organized, and trustworthy
Customer service or VA experience is a plus
Able to work U.S. Eastern Time
???? Salary & Payment:
Starting Pay: $175 USD per week
? ?10,150 PHP per week (based on ?58 exchange rate)
Paid weekly every Monday (PH time)
Paid via Wise or PayPal – your choice
24 guaranteed hours per week (4 hours/day x 6 days/week)
Bonuses and raises available after 90 days for high performers
