Job Opening: Booking Agent (6:00 AM – 11:00 AM MST, Daily)

We are a fast-growing marketing agency that works exclusively with beauty salons, helping them attract and book new clients for eyelash services. As part of our team, you will play a key role in making sure customers are scheduled smoothly and efficiently. Role Overview:

We are hiring a Booking Agent available 7 days a week from 6:00 AM to 11:00 AM MST. You will be responsible for responding to hundreds of customer messages and scheduling appointments each day.

This role demands excellent English skills, both written and verbal. You must be able to understand and respond to customers without relying on tools like ChatGPT. If you do not have strong comprehension and communication skills in English, this role will not be suitable for you.

You will need to:

Stay calm under pressure and not get overwhelmed easily

Respond to customers within 30 seconds

Book appointments within 1 minute

Communicate quickly with managers while handling active customer conversations

Learn quickly and stay organized across multiple tasks

Work off-script and adapt responses to real customer questions and concerns

Compensation:

Base Pay: 20,000 pesos per month

Bonus: 50 pesos for every completed booking

Bonus: 80 pesos for every completed rescheduling

800 peso sign-on bonus after your first week

Preferred Experience:
Candidates with past experience working at companies such as Amazon, PayPal, eBay, Verizon, or AT&T are strongly preferred.
