Job Title:
Technical Talent Sourcer (Remote – Philippines)

Role Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Technical Sourcer to support our global hiring projects. You'll help us identify and engage top-tier remote tech candidates for high-growth startups and SaaS companies worldwide. This role is ideal for someone familiar with sourcing technical talent across platforms and passionate about remote-first work.
This is a remote, part-time or project-based role, with strong potential for long-term collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:
• Source and shortlist candidates across a wide range of technical roles, including:
o Full Stack / Front-End / Back-End Developers (React, Node.js, Django, Go)
o DevOps & Cloud Engineers (AWS, Docker, Terraform, Kubernetes)
o AI & Data Specialists (OpenAI, LangChain, TensorFlow, dbt)
o QA Engineers (Manual/Automation, Cypress, Playwright)
o Technical Leaders (CTO, VP Engineering, Product Managers)

• Leverage multiple sourcing platforms such as:
o LinkedIn Recruiter – for passive candidate outreach
o Wellfound (AngelList Talent) – for startup-specific hiring
o Remote OK / We Work Remotely / Stack Overflow Jobs – for remote-first roles
o GitHub – to source contributors and backend-heavy profiles
o Toptal / ---------- v / Turing – to analyze pre-vetted global tech talent
• Conduct targeted outreach using templates and Boolean search
• Screen candidates for availability, skill fit, and English proficiency
• Maintain structured candidate data in Google Sheets or Notion
• Collaborate with the lead recruiter and other tea ---------- mbers in a distributed, async-friendly setup

Qualifications & Skills:
• 1–3 years’ experience in technical sourcing or recruitment
• Familiarity with global tech hiring, modern tech stacks, and remote hiring best practices
• Confident using LinkedIn, GitHub, job boards, and Boolean search
• Strong English communication skills (written & verbal)
• High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Comfortable working independently and within a collaborative team environment

• Preferred (but not required): Experience working in an offshore or distributed recruitment model
