Appointment Setter - Part Time

Shift:
Daily — 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM MST (3 hours per day)
Must be available every single day without exception

Compensation:

Base Pay: 12,000 PHP/month

50 PHP for every completed appointment booked

80 PHP for every completed rebooking
Bonuses are paid on actual completions, not bookings alone.

800 Peso sign on bonus.

Job Description:
We are seeking a high-performance Appointment Setter to join our team. You will be managing daily conversations with leads via Facebook Messenger — no phone calls involved. Your job is to convert leads into confirmed appointments quickly and efficiently.

This role is fast-paced and demanding. You must be able to think fast, type fast, and adapt under pressure while avoiding mistakes. Every message counts, and your results directly impact client success.

Responsibilities:
Respond to incoming leads promptly through Facebook Messenger

You must have Strong Communication Skills – Must be able to communicate updates and issues clearly with the team.

Convert conversations into booked and confirmed appointments

Follow up with leads based on set scripts and workflows

Handle rebooking messages when clients cancel or reschedule

Maintain accurate tracking and internal notes

Requirements:
Must be available every day from 7:00 PM – 10:00 PM MST

Exceptional written English and fast typing speed

Can work quickly and under high-pressure situations without errors

Excellent attention to detail and time management

Strong communication skills and ability to follow scripts

Preferred: Experience working at AT&T, Amazon, PayPal, or similar high-performance environments
