JOB OVERVIEW

We are a fast-growing digital marketing and eCommerce agency looking for a highly experienced and proactive Chief Operating Officer (COO) to oversee day-to-day operations and lead cross-functional project execution. You’ll be responsible for managing internal teams, improving operational efficiency, streamlining workflows, and ensuring deliverables meet client expectations.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands the digital landscape (especially eCommerce and websites), and knows how to get things done through clear leadership and structured systems.

Key Responsibilities:
Operations & Team Oversight
-Lead and supervise daily activities of remote tea ---------- mbers (VAs and senior staff)
-Conduct regular check-ins to ensure accountability and alignment
-Monitor workflows and flag any bottlenecks, blockers, or performance issues
-Ensure project deadlines are met and resources are properly allocated

Project & Task Management
-Oversee task distribution and progress using tools like ClickUp, Trello, or Asana
-Break down client requirements and meeting replays into clear, actionable tasks
-Set priorities and timelines for each department to keep projects moving efficiently

Quality Assurance & Reporting
-Review deliverables to ensure quality before submission
-Compile and send weekly performance summaries and status reports
-Track KPIs and productivity across all departments

Client Coordination
-Supervise communication between tea ---------- mbers and clients to maintain consistency and professionalism
-Ensure project updates, reports, and deliverables are delivered on time and aligned with client expectations

Workflow & Process Optimization
-Continuously evaluate and improve internal systems and standard operating procedures
-Identify areas for automation or tool improvements to enhance efficiency

Additional Skills That Are a Big Plus:
-Admin support and coordination
-Light graphic design using tools like Canva or Adobe
-Shopify, WordPress, and general website management
-Familiarity with order processing, inventory updates, and customer support

Social media and digital marketing knowledge

-CRM and automation tools (GoHighLevel, Zapier, etc.)
-Data entry, reporting, and analytics tracking
-Managing and connecting tools, apps, and integrations

What We’re Looking For:
-Strong leadership and team management experience
-Highly organized and proactive – you solve problems before they become problems
-Solid background in eCommerce and web projects
-Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
-Comfortable with remote collaboration and digital tools
-Results-driven and self-managed
