JOB OVERVIEW

Hi There!

We’re hiring a Customer Service Consultant to support our growing e-commerce business. This role is ideal for someone with a solid background in customer service, hands-on experience with PayPal disputes, and familiarity with support tools like Reamaze, Slack, and Google Sheets.

Schedule:
- 6 days per week
- 3–6 hours per day (flexible depending on workload)

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and professional support to customers via email
- Manage and resolve PayPal disputes, claims, and chargebacks
- Track and document customer issues and resolutions using internal tools
- Collaborate with the team via Slack for updates and coordination
- Use Google Sheets to log disputes, monitor trends, and report issues
- Work within Reamaze to handle customer conversations and tickets

Requirements:
- Previous experience in e-commerce customer service
- Strong knowledge of PayPal Resolution Center and dispute processes
- Comfortable using Reamaze, Slack, and Google Sheets
- Excellent written communication and problem-solving skills
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
