Job Opportunity: Virtual Assistant for Fast-Paced Short-Term Rental Management Team (SoCal & AZ Properties)

We’re a dynamic and rapidly growing short-term rental management company with properties throughout Southern California and Arizona. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide excellent customer service and guest communication
• Assist with data entry, reporting, scheduling, and documentation using Excel and Word
• Help manage daily operations and coordinate maintenance and property logistics
• Troubleshoot basic property issues and work with vendors when needed
• Make and receive professional phone calls when necessary
• Stay organized and manage multiple tasks with accuracy and attention to detail

Bonus Skills That Will Set You Apart:
• Basic understanding of property maintenance and troubleshooting (e.g. A/C, appliances, locks, etc.)
• Ability and willingness to use tools like ChatGPT and other software to problem-solve and learn quickly
• A self-driven approach to researching solutions and becoming a go-to expert on operational issues

What You Need to Succeed:
• Strong English skills (written and spoken); professional phone manner
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and basic tech tools
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• A calm, level-headed attitude under pressure
• Ability to take constructive feedback without being overly sensitive
