Social Media Admin (Full-Time – Comment & DM Lead Manager)

We’re hiring a Social Media Admin.

The person who keeps our client accounts fast, responsive, and customer-ready during business hours (9am–5pm AEST).

Your job is simple but mission-critical: manage inbound comments, DMs, lead gen, and basic account engagement across Facebook and Instagram in real time.

Speed is the KPI: we aim to respond within 5 minutes to comments and messages during business hours, helping our clients convert more leads and stay active in-market.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Monitor DMs and comments on client accounts from 9am–5pm AEST
- Respond to inquiries using provided templates
- Qualify leads, capture key details, and enter leads into HubSpot CRM
- Invite to like people engaging with content
- Comment back on posts to encourage engagement
- Tag hot leads in Slack or WhatsApp for rapid follow-up

Ideal Candidate:
- Super responsive!! You’re online and alert during work hours
- Clear, polite written English (no grammar mistakes)
- Fast learner, can follow lead-qualification scripts
- Familiar with Instagram and >Facebook comments/DM systems
- Organised with lead tracking (Google Sheets, basic CRM skills)
- Comfortable with high accountability for response times
- Bonus: HubSpot experience
