JOB OVERVIEW

Management Coordinator

Remote | Full-Time | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST, Monday to Friday

We are a U.S.-based company seeking a detail-oriented, accountable, and proactive Management Coordinator to oversee facility maintenance operations remotely. You’ll coordinate with our two handyman crews, track repair requests, confirm task completion, and help us maintain organized systems using tools like Trello.

You must be confident in communicating clearly in English and Spanish, tracking projects to completion, and ensuring accountability with remote field workers.

Your Core Responsibilities
Log & Track Repairs: Document incoming repair requests via calls, messages, or forms. Clearly outline the problem, location, and urgency.

Manage Handyman Crews:
Track which workers show up, assign tasks, monitor progress, and follow up on deliverables.

Confirm Task Completion:
Make sure repairs are done right—follow up, collect photo evidence, and ensure problems are resolved.

Update Trello Boards:
Use Trello (or similar tools) to manage tasks, statuses, deadlines, and field updates.


Experience Required

Skilled in project coordination tools like Trello, Asana, or ClickUp

Great with documentation: Accurately record calls, site issues, progress updates, and results

Strong accountability mindset: You follow up, follow through, and take ownership

Confident communicator in English and Spanish, both written and spoken
