Virtual Assistant Wanted: Social Media, Graphic Design, & Newsletter Expert

We’re a fast-growing real estate team looking for a creative Virtual Assistant with experience in social media, graphic design, and email marketing. Bonus if you know how to use AI tools like Gamma, Beehiiv, or Manus to streamline content.

What You’ll Do
• Manage and schedule content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and more
• Design graphics, thumbnails, and infographics using Canva or Adobe tools
• Create and send newsletters using Mailchimp, ConvertKit, or Beehiiv
• Use AI tools like Gamma, Manus, or ChatGPT to draft and repurpose content
• Monitor performance and engagement and adjust strategies as needed

What You Need
• Proven experience in social media, design, and email marketing (portfolio required)
• Knowledge of Canva, Adobe Suite, Mailchimp, Beehiiv, Hootsuite, Gamma, or Manus
• Excellent English communication skills
• Organized, creative, and self-directed
• Available 20 to 40 hours per week with some overlap in Vancouver (PST) time

Nice to Have
Experience with SEO, content writing, video editing, or real estate
