Key Responsibilities
Champion Sales for Remodelers: Represent our partner contractors and remodelers, passionately promoting their services and helping them secure more projects.

Master Communication: Handle a high volume of warm leads, build rapport quickly, and drive conversations that convert.

Lead Conversion & Follow-Up: Use strong follow-up strategies to turn interested prospects into booked appointments and closed deals.

Leverage CRM Tools: Keep leads and notes organized using our CRM to track progress and streamline client interactions.

What You’ll Bring
Experience in B2B or B2C outbound phone sales or inside sales

Excellent spoken and written English, with a strong, confident phone presence

High levels of motivation, resilience, and ownership

Tech-savvy and comfortable navigating tools like CRMs, Slack, Google Workspace, etc.

A love for hitting and exceeding KPIs
