- A creative strategist mindset
- Not a beginner — you can show examples of ads that performed.
* Bonus: Familiarity with AI tools for design

Your Responsibilities:
- Design high-converting static ad creatives for Meta
- Turn creative briefs into visuals that drive results
- Stay updated on trends and competitor ad strategies
