Amazon Store Manager

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Amazon Store Manager to oversee and optimize the daily operations of our Amazon storefront. This is a remote role, ideal for someone who is highly organized, responsive, and has hands-on experience managing Amazon Seller Central.

Responsibilities:
• Monitor and manage daily orders to ensure timely processing and fulfillment
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues with professionalism and care
• Create, publish, and manage new product listings
• Regularly audit and optimize existing listings (images, titles, keywords, bullet points, A+ content)
• Handle communication with Amazon Seller Support to resolve listing errors, suppressed ASINs, and other technical issues
• Monitor account health and proactively address potential risks
• Identify and implement improvements in store performance, ranking, and conversion
• Assist with troubleshooting and resolving any platform-related issues

Requirements:
• Proven experience managing an Amazon Seller Central account
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• Knowledge of Amazon listing SEO, customer service etiquette, and case management with support
• Ability to work with spreadsheets and reporting tools (basic Excel/Google Sheets skills required)
• Availability to respond quickly during working hours

Preferred:
• Familiarity with tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Sellerize
• Experience working with FBA and FBM operations
• Prior experience with Amazon US market preferred
