YouTube Channel Research & Lead List VA (Full-Time, English Fluent)

???? Overview:
We’re looking for a highly detail-oriented, coachable, and fluent English-speaking Virtual Assistant to join our team and help us build and maintain spreadsheets of monetized YouTube channels based on specific criteria we provide.
You will use third-party tools like SocialBlade, TubeBuddy, and other analytics platforms to gather performance data (views, subs, earnings, niche, etc.), contact info, and categorize qualified channels into clean, organized lists — following our step-by-step SOPs and training.

???? What You’ll Be Doing (Daily/Weekly Tasks):
Research YouTube channels based on given filters (niche, monetization, geography, engagement, etc.)
Use tools like SocialBlade, TubeBuddy, and open-source scrapers to verify metrics (subs, views, earnings, growth trends)
Record and organize all channel data into Google Sheets based on our exact column structure (name, URL, niche, subs, views, KPIs, email, notes, etc.)
Validate and cross-reference contact details via About pages, LinkedIn, and ---------- if needed
Follow detailed SOPs and attend periodic training or check-in calls with our team
Communicate clearly via Slack and keep task boards up to date in Trello or ClickUp

? Requirements:
Strong written and verbal English communication
Experience using Google Sheets or Excel (comfortable with formulas and structure)
Fast and reliable internet connection
Proven attention to detail (you must spot small formatting or data issues before submitting work)
Comfortable following systems, processes, and feedback
Highly organized, self-motivated, and responsive
Must be able to commit to a minimum of 20–40 hours/week (preferably full-time)
