JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly creative and brand-savvy Multimedia designer Graphic Designer & Content Creator who excels at designing exceptional, high-impact visuals and crafting engaging video content. This individual must have the ability to create graphics, reels, and videos that align seamlessly with our brand identity, voice, and mission while enhancing audience engagement across digital platforms.

Please Note: The listed salary reflects the starting rate during the trial/probationary period. Upon successful completion of this period, a revised and higher salary + a Full-time position, will be offered based on performance and role alignment.

Key Responsibilities:

Graphic Design & Branding:
• Create on-brand visual assets for social media, websites, ads, presentations, and marketing materials (aligned with our brand identity).
• Develop eye-catching promotional materials, including flyers, ebooks, webinar visuals, and merchandise designs.
• Ensure all graphics reflect the Company's mission of empowerment, financial literacy, and entrepreneurial success.

Reels & Video Content Creation:
• Design and edit high-quality short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts) to boost brand engagement.
• Capture and repurpose event highlights, behind-the-scenes content, testimonials, and thought leadership clips.
• Develop engaging motion graphics and video overlays for storytelling and marketing campaigns.

Content Strategy & Collaboration:
• Work closely with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute branded campaigns, storytelling visuals, and promotional content.
• Stay updated on social media trends, branding strategies, and design innovations to keep the content fresh and relevant.

Qualifications & Skills:
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, Video Editor & Content Creator with a strong portfolio showcasing brand-aligned visuals and videos.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects), Canva, CapCut, and other video editing tools.
• Strong knowledge of branding, visual storytelling, and digital marketing.
• Ability to translate the Company's mission and message into compelling graphics and videos.
• Excellent skills in short-form video editing, motion graphics, and storytelling for social media.
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and ability to think outside the box.
• Experience working in fast-paced marketing environments and meeting deadlines.

Bonus Skills:
• Familiarity with financial services, entrepreneurship, or coaching industries is a bonus.
