Google Adwords API Web Developer

I'm looking for someone who has at least 3 year experience in coding in PHP that can Interact with Google Adwords, to pull out reports and to present data. I'm Not referring to Google Maps, but Google Adwords.
I have an online tool which needs to be re-written from scratch.
You Must be able to prove and demonstrate a similar project that you may have worked on.
You Must understand how Google Adwords works.
You Must be able to speak fluent English
