Position: Experienced Amazon FBA Account Manager
Location: Remote
Work Hours: Part-time or Full-time (TBD)
Start Date: ASAP
We're a growing Amazon FBA brand looking for an experienced Amazon Account Manager to help take our operations to the next level. We want someone who already knows the ins and outs of Amazon and can confidently manage our account with minimal supervision.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
AMAZON FBA OPERATIONS
Daily Inventory & Listing Health Monitoring for US Amazon Seller Account and Weekly Account Health/Listing Check for CA, MX, BR Amazon Seller Account
* Check Removal Orders and Unfulfillable Inventory regularly.
* Perform Account Listing Health Checks:
- Account Health, Product & Policy Compliance
- Stranded, Search Suppressed, Inactive, Closed, Out-of-stock, Removed Listings
- Listings for Improvement
* Reports Download & Checking
- Download and check product types, category, on Category Listings Report and GL category on FBA Inventory Report
- Removal Orders, Removal Shipment Detail
- Low Inventory Count, Inbound Performance
- Regularly post low inventory items, status of listing & their PPC campaigns in #inventory-management channel on Slack
* Sellerise and Helium10 Alerts
- Post listing price changes on latest thread for account listing check in #account-listing-check channel on Slack
- Notify the team about changes in packaging dimensions
- Post on Slack and notify team about unexpected listing changes, suppression, out of stock, stranded inventory, buybox changes/hijackers, etc.
LISTING MANAGEMENT & OPTIMIZATION
* Product Listings (Titles, Bullets, Descriptions, Attributes)
- Update/review:
- Changes in titles, bulletpoints, descriptions, images, and other backend attributes of listings
- Product types, categories, search department, search nodes, GL product groups
* Variation Syncs, Fixes & Amazon Support Cases
- Submit and track cases to:
- Fix titles, bulletpoints, product types, category, GL categories, search department, search nodes
- Resync child ASINs’ star ratings, rating count, BSR, and product types, category, GL categories, search department, search nodes
- Manage variation changes and list differences before & after updates
* Listing Cleanup & Suppression Recovery
- Revert or fix suppressed/removed listings
PPC MANAGEMENT FOR LISTINGS WITH LOW INVENTORY
* Turn on/pause campaigns based on status of listings/available inventory
IMAGE MANAGEMENT
* Listing Images
- Review output or revised output on product images/logos, etc.
- Upload approved images on listings’ backend
PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT & SAMPLES
* Create product sample brief for new products based on video and notes
* Review and provide feedback on samples from suppliers (check against requested specs)
INTERNAL COMMUNICATION & TEAM COORDINATION
* Respond to messages and posts on Slack
* Participate in meetings
* Provide feedback on posts requesting input, especially those related to product samples, images, and other important matters.
GMAIL AND COMMUNICATIONS
* Monitor
* Respond to
- Accountant, Forwarder, 3PL warehouse, Suppliers, FBA Students
* Important Amazon, Sellerise, Helium10 Alerts, etc.
GTIN BARCODES FROM GS1, CREATING NEW LISTINGS, PRODUCT LABELS ON CANVA, QR CODES FOR REVIEWS
* Place orders for GTIN barcodes on GS1, then download certificates and GTIN numbers
* List new products on Amazon + troubleshoot listing errors related to GTIN barcodes
* Creating product labels (wash labels, hangtags, thank you cards with QR code of product’s review page) on Canva and sending to supplier
* Downloading FNSKU labels and creating carton labels and sending them to supplier
* Creating QR barcode on QRStuff for product reviews (for thank you cards)
A/B Testing & Amazon Experiments
* Create and review A/B tests for listings’ main images
* Compare performance of revised vs original main images
* Check if Amazon-detected listing changes were implemented
REIMBURSEMENTS
* Discrepancy in FBA Shipments
* Lost/Damaged Inventory
* Disposed Inventory
AMAZON ARTICLES
* Check articles about Amazon, trends, and anything that might help the team in our daily operations and business
* Read articles from Amazon on a daily basis and let the team know if it's beneficial for us or not
DEVICE & TECH REQUIREMENTS:
* Laptop or desktop
* At least 8GB RAM (16GB preferred for multitasking)
* Fast and stable internet connection
* Updated web browser (Chrome preferred)
* Functional headset and webcam for meetings
* Must be able to access Slack, Gmail, Google Sheets, Google Drive, and Amazon Seller Central smoothly
REQUIREMENTS:
* Proven experience managing Amazon FBA accounts (ideally 2+ years)
* Deep knowledge of Amazon Seller Central tools, policies, and best practices
* Familiar with Helium10, Sellerise, Canva and flat file uploads
* Strong written and verbal English communication skills
* Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
* Can work independently and manage multiple SKUs across marketplaces

NICE TO HAVE:
* Experience with brand registry, GTIN/UPC management
* Graphic design skills
* Experience expanding to Shopify & Tiktok Shop and/or other marketplaces
WORK SETUP:
* Remote position
* Full-time (40 hours per week)
* Flexible hours but must be available for overlap with PH/US Eastern time zones esp. during meetings or calls with external partners
* Must be available from 8AM–12PM PH time during the first few weeks of onboarding.
COMPENSATION:
* $6.50/hr
