VA (Must have Go Higher Level Experience)

I’m looking for a skilled and reliable Virtual Assistant with proven Go High Level (GHL) experience to help me build and manage simple, clean, and professional systems inside my existing coaching platform.

What You’ll Be Doing:

- Building and updating funnels inside Go High Level

- Creating and managing membership areas and online communities

- Setting up automated workflows (emails, tags, triggers, follow-ups)

- Connecting GHL to tools like Zoom, Stripe, Calendly, etc.

- Installing and testing Facebook Pixel tracking and ad connections

- Troubleshooting tech issues and keeping things running smoothly

Requirements:

- Must have hands-on experience with Go High Level (not just training, real builds)

- Comfortable connecting Facebook Ads, setting up Pixels, and troubleshooting tracking

- Detail-oriented and able to follow SOPs and meet deadlines

- Reliable internet and consistent availability

- Strong written English and clear communication

Bonus if you also:

- Have an eye for clean design/layout

- Are familiar with online coaches or course creators

- Have experience creating lead magnets and basic nurture sequences in Canva

- This is a part-time, remote role with potential for ongoing work and growth.
